The Beginning of Standard PM
Standard Property Management was founded to solve a growing need for reliable, professional property management services in Western New York. In 2011, founder Greg Suffoletto purchased his first investment property on Plymouth Avenue in Buffalo, NY. At just 23 years old, he was responsible for managing 20 rental units, and what began as a real estate investment quickly grew into a full-time career. As Greg gained experience, local property owners began asking him to manage their rental properties, recognizing the need for dependable, responsive property management in the Buffalo area.
On January 1, 2015, Standard Property Management was officially established with a portfolio of 77 residential units. Built on a commitment to exceptional service, transparency, and strong owner and resident relationships, the company has continued to grow year after year.
Today, Standard Property Management manages more than 2,000 residential units across Western New York. With offices in both Buffalo and now Rochester, our team proudly serves property owners and residents throughout the region, offering comprehensive property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and investment support. Our expansion into Rochester allows us to provide the same trusted, local expertise to property owners throughout the Greater Rochester area while continuing to grow our presence across Western New York.
