How did Standard start

Standard Property Management came about the way any good idea does - a need. In 2011, Greg Suffoletto purchased his first property on Plymouth Avenue. At the age of 23 with twenty units to care for, this investment quickly became a full-time job and one that Greg loved. Realizing that there was a need all over the area, he began to offer to take over the day-to-day property management operations for people he knew. On January 1st, 2015 with seventy-seven units in his portfolio, Standard was created.

Eight years, two offices later, and a full-time dedicated staff, Standard now boasts a portfolio with over 2000 units and growing.

Our team focuses on providing building and home owners with timely communication, easy to understand financial statements as well as operating analysis and management. We have a host of services available from guiding the day to day activities of a property for condominium corporations or apartment building owners, to managing rental units within a space.
